This DMAIC Tracker represents Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. It's a fundamental tool within Six Sigma, serving as a data-driven improvement cycle that optimizes and stabilizes business processes and designs.

The tracker is modeled after a project for the hypothetical company Makawee Inc., titled "Improve Performance and Processes Service Desk." It utilizes a Gantt Chart created in Excel to demonstrate some of my proficiency in Excel and project planning.
