I have developed a high-quality visualization utilizing Power BI and sourcing data from AWS.

 

The visualization provides comprehensive insights into the number of incoming calls per queue, Average Handling Time (AHT), missed calls, and other pertinent metrics. This visualization is a testament to my proficiency in analyzing intricate data sets and presenting them in a clear and concise manner, showcasing my expertise in the field.
